Aligns each wire to its deposit-log row — matched by its source link, or for historical wires with no link, by deposit # (Heritage). Fills a blank GL from the deposit log, renames a GL with the same account # to the deposit log's wording (e.g. a bare "42003", or an account renamed in the log), moves a bank account sitting in the GL field into Bank account, and fills a blank Branch (from the row's GL splits / branch buckets — a multi-branch deposit fills as e.g. "HFN, HTM") and a blank Bank account from the log. A GL with a genuinely different account # is never overwritten (listed as a conflict); a deposit # matching more than one row is left ambiguous. This is a preview — nothing is written until you click Confirm.

Two entries are duplicates when they point at the same deposit-log source row, or (for entries with no source link) share the same check/EFT # + amount + bank date. In each group the best copy is kept — attached to a wire first, then source-linked, then the oldest — and the extras are deleted. This is a preview; nothing is deleted until you confirm.

Each deposit is one wire that landed. Create it with the actual amount received, then attach the entries it covers — the variance shows what's unapplied or over.

Enter the wire as it hit the bank, then attach the entries it pays for.

Manage the QB accounts and branches used in funds breakdowns. Renaming here updates the dropdowns everywhere.

Lines are read live from the deposit log (the source of truth), matched by deposit #. Live lines are read-only. Deposit #s with no matching deposit-log row show as editable Manual lines so nothing is lost. Lines tie to their Deposit #, and all Deposit #s tie to the wire.

Match each deposit-log branch bucket and GL account to the wire tracker's branch code / QB account. Set anything that isn't a branch or shouldn't carry over (Non-A/R, Unapplied, interest) to — ignore —.

All Heritage cash received in the date range — every entity and bank account, including PNC - Heritage JV — grouped by wire, with cash received outside wires listed separately. Exports a branded PDF.

For the selected entity: manage the controlled-list values (used in dropdowns) and the application buckets (the columns that sum to Total).

Totals by Bank Date month for the selected entity.

Bring bank transactions into the selected entity. Map the columns, then import. Blank rows are skipped.

Fills Pre-JV / Post-JV on Heritage deposit rows from a Payment Report.

Upload the HCHB Deposits Report (PDF). Zero lines are skipped, deposit numbers are summed, then matched to bank rows by exact amount + same date.

Heritage deposit-log rows (with a bank amount, excluding JV-account rows) that aren’t linked to any wire-tracker entry. These slipped through — usually rows imported with a Wire Request Date, which the tracker never received. Check the ones to add and push them in.

Owner manages roles. A user sees only their company; admins see everything.
